A Small Group &

A Big Idea

In 2015, a mother and daughter set off to explore the Holy Land to experience the Bible's most historical landmarks and dive futher into their faith. It was on this trip to Jerusalem they discovered St. Vincent de Paul, a local refuge for children run by the Daughters of Charity. They were greatly moved by the conditions in which the refuge was forced to operate under and felt the calling to utilize their contacts and ability to help.

Once they returned to the United States, they researched the charity, applied for assistance in international outreach, and called on some friends to get the efforts off the ground.

Thus, #BeTheReason2016 was born.

A Note from the Group:
We want to express our deepest gratitude to those who are able to help us. We appreciate any and all donations and prayers for this charity. Please let us know if you would like to get in involved.
